It appears that Amazon is currently facing difficulties in delivering CDs, so I have opted to use HMV instead. Although HMV may be slightly more expensive, they provide fast and efficient delivery. Additionally, I prefer to support a company that is not solely focused on maximizing profits.

I recently placed my first order on the HMV website for a Radiohead t-shirt in extra large size, intended as a birthday present for my daughter's boyfriend. However, to my disappointment, they sent me an extra small size instead. It was quite frustrating, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Instead, I decided to visit the HMV store in Nottingham and purchased another t-shirt there. Fortunately, I have a small build, so I can still wear the t-shirt myself. However, I must admit that this experience has made me hesitant to make future purchases from HMV.

The staff at the Bury branch are consistently helpful and easily accessible on the shop floor. They are always willing to assist in looking up an item or even offer to order it for you. I cannot find any faults with them, as they always provide a pleasant customer environment. I am willing to go the extra mile, literally driving an additional 5 miles, just to visit this particular branch. I sincerely hope they keep it open!
